As of late 2024 Google changed the way historical location data is saved.
It's now stored on the device itself, and thus Google Takout doesn't deliver the export anymore.
The new export can be made on the device itself and is a new different JSON format.
This pull request supports the new format.

One of the trickier things that needed to be changed is the way of loading the data in batches as the new format has the " ° " character in it which is a multi byte utf-8 character which sometimes would mess up the batches resulting in only a small sample of the points being loaded.

This pull request also contains updated html containing instructions on how to get the export file.

It seems this repository is not being maintained anymore, so I've made my own fork with a couple more changes. But this pull request contains only the changes relevant to the new format.
